Zimbabwe Company Annual Returns Explained

• Company name and registration number

Take the date of meeting of your latest annual return. If more than a year has passed, returns are outstanding. Years due are rounded down to the nearest whole year, and each outstanding year is filed separately with its own fee.

You do not need to have registered your company through Partzile. The statutory returns module accepts external companies — supply the company name and registration number, upload your documents, add notes for the officer and submit.
