Who we are
Partzile Compliance Hub is operated by Partzile (Pvt) Ltd from Harare, Zimbabwe. We work with founders, small businesses, established companies and their accountants to keep company records accurate and filings up to date with the Companies Registry.
We are an independent private service provider. We are not the Companies Registry or any organ of the Government of Zimbabwe — we prepare, check and lodge filings on our clients' behalf.
How we work
- You complete guided online forms built around the official CR forms prescribed under S.I. 46 of 2020
- AI document checks flag obvious gaps before a human ever looks at your file
- A dedicated compliance officer reviews every application and messages you about anything that needs correcting
- Fees are paid online in USD or ZiG, and invoices and receipts are generated automatically
- Documents issued by the Registry are uploaded to your dashboard for download at any time

Accuracy and accountability
Compliance work depends on getting details right. Every application is checked against the requirements of the relevant CR form before submission, and where a document is unclear or missing your officer raises it with you rather than lodging a defective filing.
